2015-2016 Maryland State Reflections Winners

The Maryland State Reflections results are in and we have many students to congratulate. Our Outstanding Interpretation of the Theme winners move on to the National competition and represent the State of Maryland in their division/category. Award of Excellence and Award of Merit winners, although they do not move on in the program, should be very proud.
Maryland PTA will contact award winners and will honor our State Winners as follows:
  • Outstanding Interpretation of the Theme; student moves on to National Competition and receives a certificate, plaque or trophy, 3 comp tickets to the MDPTA Awards Celebration in August, and $75
  • Award of Excellence; certificate, ribbon and $50
  • Award of Merit; certificate and $25
Please extend my gratitude to every student who entered this program. I am continually moved by their art and their artist statements. It’s what keeps me in the game – just like you! And my deepest thanks to you, chairs, for being the patient, devoted, kind, supportive moms and artists that you are and providing this opportunity to your students. There would be no Reflections Program without you. Thank you.
